FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

MIND BULLET INC. ACCEPTS ON-THE-JOB TRAINEES, PROVIDES HANDS-ON SUPERVISION

Mind Bullet has its doors open for practicumers from related fields of study.

Mind Bullet Inc., a company which focuses on Market Positioning and Public Relations currently houses nine incoming fourth year Mass Communication students of Pamantasan ng Lungsod ng Maynila for on-the-job training.

Events Coordinator and OJT supervisor Ms. Angely Meggi Gayod said that it is not the company’s first time to have practicumers. They have been very willing to accept interns ever since particularly communication students because workforce there is also composed of communication graduates.

According to Jearry Berg Roperos, one of the interns, the company had been so generous to accept all nine of them. He said that he feels really comfortable working for Mind Bullet. He also shared that he always walks home with new experiences each day.

Charmaine Amponin, also one of the practicumers commented that she finds Mind Bullet a great place for one to have his OJT. She added that superiors in the office know how to reach out and even teach the basics, themselves.

“They are hands-on and with that you’ll feel that they really care.” told Ann Margaret Sumilang, another intern.

Mind Bullet Inc. CEO/ President Mr. Eero Brillantes spends time sharing the intern his knowledge of the field despite his busy schedule. He ensures the students’ active participation during roundtable discussions and brainstorming. Moreover, students get to do the activities that Public Relations firms normally do like blogging, news clipping, news monitoring etc.

It’s definitely hard to tell which company would serve one best for his on-the-job training until he actually gets there. However, there really are companies who are concern enough for the interns’ growth and learning. Mind Bullet sure belongs to that list.
